A two-day training-cum-honoring camp for RJD is being organized. It started on Tuesday at the residence of Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav. Tejashwi Yadav inaugurated the two-day training camp by lighting the lamp. Now Bihar Education Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary has said that Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav is doing the right thing. However, on this pretext, he has also told the RJD workers to be trained in gestures. Taking a jibe, the minister said that RJD workers need training. So Tejashwi is right. As far as JDU is concerned, our workers are already trained. Our workers are loyal and dedicated. Able to face any challenge. He was talking to the media after the public hearing.

Permanent appointments are being made of teachers

The minister hit back at the statement of the Leader of the Opposition in which he had said that the Bihar government has not been able to provide permanent jobs to anyone in 16 years. The minister said that all the appointments made in Bihar are permanent. About 50 thousand teachers are being appointed, all are permanent. Speaking on the matter coming up for public hearing, he said that the education department is the biggest department. It extends to every corner of the headquarters. Naturally people are more interested in this. Suggestions abound. People come to tell it.

Let us tell you that the leaders of the ruling party have taken a lot of taunts on this training camp of RJD. There have been a lot of attacks on Tejashwi Yadav, especially from JDU, adding the connection of the present and the past. JDU spokesperson Neeraj Kumar has retaliated strongly. Former Deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi has surrounded the RJD in his own style.

Dharmendra of Rohtas to take training in stubble management in Ludhiana, 20 agricultural scientists selected from Bihar

Dharmendra of Rohtas to take training in stubble management in Ludhiana, 20 agricultural scientists selected from Bihar

Due to burning of stubble, where the fertility of the field is destroyed, the environment is also being harmed heavily. At the same time, its efficient management can fulfill the proverb of spewing gold in the fields. Fertilizer power can be increased in the fields by developing biochar technology through this straw. Through biochar technology, the stubble will be smelted at high temperature to produce charcoal. Bio-fertilizer will be made from this charcoal. Agriculture Department has selected Karghar Dharmendra of Rohtas district for Punjab Agricultural University Ludhiana for taking training in stubble management. Along with them, 20 agricultural scientists, technical experts and people doing better work in the agriculture sector have been selected from across the state. The training will run from 27 to 30 September. After taking the training, it will be their responsibility to take the biochar technology to the farmers in the district.

According to agricultural scientists, biochar technology is very easy and cheap. Biofertilizer will not only keep the soil healthy and increase its fertility, but its use can increase the production of farmers by more than two times. Dharmendra Kumar says that biochar in agriculture can change the fate of farmers here. The fertility of the soil will be increased by converting crop residue straw into biochar. According to Dharmendra, just as coal is made by burning wood, similarly crop residue is smelted at high temperature to form coal. This finished coal is not burnt in a chulha, rather it is used for a long time and buried in the soil to increase the fertility of the fields.

Adding this coal to the soil increases its fertility. This also increases the water holding capacity. Harmful gas emissions are also reduced and the carbon content will be stabilized for a long time. Told that he has received a letter from the Directorate of Distance Education of Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour for this training. In which from September 27 to 30, Punjab University has been selected to take training in Ludhiana. In this, 20 people from across the state have been selected. Apart from him, Ashok Kumar, Kumar Premchand, Bhikhari Rai have also been selected from Rohtas district. It is to be known that before this Dharmendra has taken training from IIT Kharagpur about advanced farming techniques.
