Multimodal transport and logistics hub will be connected with PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan, youth will get these benefits along with employment

Two important projects of Greater Noida in Uttar Pradesh, Multimodal Transport Hub, and Multimodal Logistics Hub will be linked to PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan. The master plans of these two projects to be built near Bodaki will be uploaded on the portal of Gati Shakti. This will make it easier to develop both projects in a better synergy. Both these projects will be developed under DMIC-IITGNL.

At the launch of Gati Shakti National Plan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised IITGNL's Integrated Township, Multimodal Logistics and Transport Hub in Greater Noida. He had said that this township is an attempt to provide such facilities to the industries of the country, which is equipped with plug-and-play infrastructure. The investors of the country and the world just have to set up their system and start working. Ports and other parts of India are being connected to townships through dedicated freight corridors. For this, a multimodal logistics hub will be set up here. A multimodal transport hub will be built next to it, which will have a state-of-the-art railway terminal. State and inter-state bus stands will also be built. It will be connected to the Mass Rapid Transit System. Efforts have intensified to implement this announcement of the Prime Minister. Project Multimodal Transport Hub and Multimodal Logistic Hub, which give a distinct identity to Public Transport and Industrial Logistics, will be integrated with PM Gati Shakti soon.

Railway line will be built from New Dadri to Logistic Hub
The products and raw materials of industries located in western Uttar Pradesh including Gautam Budh Nagar, agricultural products can easily reach the multimodal logistics hub from every nook and corner of the country, for this, about 5 km long dedicated from New Dadri to Multimodal Logistic Hub of DFCC Railway line will be built. For this the land acquisition work is almost complete. Tender for construction will be issued as soon as the land is transferred in the name of IITGNL. It will take two years to prepare the railway line. More than Rs 800 crore will be spent on this. The interiors of the logistics hub will be developed on a PPP model. Custom clearance will also be available here. This will also accelerate the work of the units related to import-export. Considering the need of the industries of Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Authority, this project is very important. It takes four to five days for goods to move from here to places like Mumbai, Gujarat, Kolkata etc., after its start, the goods will be able to reach any corner of the country in one and a half days. This project will be ready in three years.

Express trains will meet Bodaki due to becoming a transport hub
Under the multimodal transport hub, railway terminal, inter-state and local bus stand and metro connectivity will be developed near Bodaki. After the construction of the rail terminal, most of the trains going towards eastern India will run from here. People in and around Gautam Budh Nagar will not have to go to Delhi to catch express trains. Efforts are being made to make these three facilities of transport (railway station, bus stand and metro station) more accessible for the passengers.

1.10 lakh youth will get employment
1.10 lakh youth will get direct employment opportunities in multi-modal transport, logistics hub and integrated township of IITGNL. If indirect employment is also added, then this figure of employment will increase further. Out of this, one lakh jobs will be available from transport and logistics hubs and more than 10 thousand jobs will be found in industries set up in integrated townships. Let us tell that the Integrated Industrial Township, situated in an area of ‚Äč‚Äčabout 750 acres, is one of the smartest townships in the country. In this township built on the basis of plug and play infrastructure, the entrepreneur can start work by setting up a unit. Six big companies are setting up their plants in this township. These include Haier Electronics, Formi Mobiles, Satkriti Infotainment, Chenfeng (LED company), J World Electronics and Guru Amardas International. These companies are investing more than Rs 4000 crore and will give employment to more than 10 thousand youth.

Youth will get employment. The products of the entrepreneurs will be able to reach the destination on time. Agricultural produce will also be able to reach every nook and corner of the country in a very short time. Efforts are being made to start these two projects soon after getting land from farmers. Joining Gati Shakti will help in faster completion of these projects.
