SP's allegation on BJP said the government did not fulfill the promise of giving free gas cylinders on Holi, Deepawali

The Samajwadi Party on Sunday accused the Yogi Adityanath-led Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government of not fulfilling its promise of providing one gas cylinder free of cost to the beneficiaries of the Ujjwala scheme during the assembly elections. At the same time, the BJP has accused the SP of lying. The SP tweeted on Sunday from its official Twitter handle, "Yogi Sarkar number one in making false promises. The BJP government, which had promised to give one cylinder free on Holi and Deepawali to Ujjwala scheme beneficiaries at the time of elections, did not give cylinders free of cost.
At the same time, the SP alleged that there is no one bigger liar and cheater than the BJP. SP has shared a video of Kanpur Dehat in a tweet in which the beneficiaries of Ujjwala Yojana are heard saying that they did not get free gas cylinders on Holi and Deepawali and they are cooking food on the stove at home. Hitting back at the SP, BJP's state spokesperson Manish Shukla told PTI- "The Yogi government is working for the village-poor-farmer and development has been taken to the last person standing at the end of the society.
He said, "Uttar Pradesh government is number one in the country in fulfilling the promises made to the people." Kejriwal has become The BJP spokesperson claimed, "The past track record of the state government in fulfilling the promises has been excellent, the government is again formed for five years and gradually all the promises will be fulfilled.
