A new twist has come in the case of the dead body of an innocent girl found in the compound under suspicious circumstances two days ago in a village of Sonwa area. The post-mortem report has confirmed that the innocent was raped and strangled to death. On the complaint of the girl's uncle, the police have registered a case against a person of the village under the rape, murder and POCSO Act.

A two-year-old girl suddenly went missing while playing in front of her uncle's house at around seven o'clock in the evening of September 19 in a village in the district. When people started the search, after about 20 minutes his body was found lying under suspicious circumstances in the compound 100 meters away from the house. On the information of the innocent's uncle, the police took the body in possession and sent it for post-mortem. The post-mortem report confirmed the rape followed by strangulation to death. The uncle of the deceased lodged a complaint with the Sonwa police station accusing Jagroop of the village itself. Inspector-in-Charge Surendra Kumar Sharma said that on the complaint of the uncle of the deceased, a case has been registered against the accused under the Rape, Murder and POCSO Act. A team has been constituted to arrest the accused. SP Arvind Kumar Maurya also reached the village and took stock of the situation.

He alleged that the employees of the conservation center do not give treatment to the sick animals and this leads to their death. The dead cows are thrown between the dung heaps, hidden in the vehicles and thrown outside. More than half a dozen animals in the center have been found in sick and dying condition. Panki police station inspector Dadhibal Tiwari said that the police had reached the spot as soon as the information about the uproar was received. The workers associated with Gauseva had taken out the dead cows from a vehicle laden with cow dung and kept them on the road. The dead cows have been sent by another vehicle.
